Olive Oil & Basil Pearls

Encapsulated to mimic the delicate refinement of caviar pearls, which gently disperse to the touch. These exquisite pearls are made using our extra virgin olive oil flavoured with fresh and most fragrant Mediterranean basil.

Produced by encapsulating extra virgin olive oil drops with a thin layer of gelatin extracted from cell walls of flavour-free brown algae. These tiny pearls release 100% pure, flavourome olive oil packed with warmth and beautiful, perfumed top notes of sweet freshness of basil.
